Debriefing on national research and reports. Comments and reactions to the "European Overview" report's project. Brainstorming session on the Guide and assessment of the current and future evolution of the Guide's drafting project. This meeting also aims at enhancing mutual trust and cooperation between experts and partners and exchanging information on the monitoring of places of deprivation of liberty at the European level (civil society organizations, universities, monitoring bodies (CPT, SPT), experts, etc.).
